Ingredients

  • 500 grams Ground pork
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 whole, cut into quarters Boiled eggs
  • 2 cups Almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 2 cups, shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cream cheese
  • 1 large Egg

Directions

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks. Drain excess fat.

Step 2

Add coconut aminos, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the skillet. Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave for 1-2 minutes until melted and smooth, stirring halfway.

In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, coconut flour, and baking powder.

Combine the cheese mixture, the flour mixture, and the egg in a food processor. Pulse until a dough forms.
