Ingredients

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 5 whole Green onions
  • 1 cup Mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels), chopped
  • 1 whole Red chili pepper, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, rice flour, salt, and water. Mix until smooth, then add the egg and mix again until well combined.

Trim and cut the green onions into 2-inch lengths. Add the green onions, mixed seafood, and sliced red chili pepper to the batter.

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
