Ingredients

  • 200 grams Almond flour
  • 50 grams Coconut flour
  • 30 grams Psyllium husk powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 240 milliliters Water
  • 60 grams Olives (pitted and chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt. Stir well to ensure all dry ingredients are evenly mixed.
