Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Chicken breast
  • 2 medium Red bell pepper
  • 2 medium Yellow bell pepper

  • 2 medium Zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 cup Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional garnish)
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during grilling.

Step 2

Cut the chicken breasts into 1.5-inch cubes and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 3

Cut the red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, red onion, and zucchini into 1.5-inch pieces and set aside.

Step 4

In a separate small bowl, prepare the marinade by whisking together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic cloves, lemon juice, ground black pepper, salt, and paprika.
