Ingredients

  • 1 pound pizza dough
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 6 slices provolone cheese slices
  • 4 ounces Genoa salami, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces pepperoni, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounces ham, thinly sliced
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly dust a clean work surface with flour and roll the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x14 inches.

Step 3

Layer the provolone slices evenly across the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edges.

Step 4

Spread the Genoa salami, pepperoni, and ham evenly over the provolone cheese.

Step 5

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the meats.

Step 6

Starting on one of the longer edges, roll the dough tightly into a log, tucking in the sides as you roll to seal the edges.

Step 7

Place the rolled Stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Step 8

Brush the top and sides of the Stromboli with the beaten egg to create a golden crust during baking.

Step 9

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.

Step 10

Using a sharp knife, make small diagonal slits (about 1 inch apart) along the top of the Stromboli to allow steam to escape while baking.

Step 11

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and fully cooked.

Step 12

Remove the Stromboli from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing into 1-inch thick pieces.

Step 13

Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping, if desired.
