  • 2 slices Whole grain bread
  • 3 slices Bacon
  • 0.5 whole Avocado

  • 2 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 slice Cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Butter

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat and cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Step 2

While the bacon is cooking, mash the avocado in a small bowl. Add the lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a smooth spread.
