  • 1 large Egg
  • 120 milliliters Low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Powdered sugar (optional, for dusting)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and lightly grease a 9-inch square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
