Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 10 slices Bacon, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup Peach preserves
  • 0.25 cup Bourbon
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 10 pieces Skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper for easy cleanup.

Step 2

In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the peach preserves, bourbon, BBQ sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and set aside.
