Grind 60 grams of coffee beans to a medium-coarse consistency, similar to sea salt.
In a coffee maker, pour 500 milliliters of filtered water and brew the coffee using the ground beans. Alternatively, you can use a pour-over or French press for brewing.
Once the coffee is brewed, allow it to cool to room temperature for about 15–20 minutes or transfer it to the refrigerator to chill faster.
