  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 cups Tortilla chips
  • 2 cups Shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 piece Green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece Red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 piece Yellow onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Pico de gallo
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 0.25 cup Jalapeños, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Begin by marinating the chicken. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper.

Step 2

Place chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let sit for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator for more flavor.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the skillet and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
