Ingredients

  • 12 oz uncooked fettuccine
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 can Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.25 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

While the pasta is cooking, season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside. Let it rest before slicing into thin strips.

Step 4

In the same skillet, add the broccoli florets and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp. Remove the broccoli and set aside.
